ENC: Environmental Noise Cancellation, which works for the microphone, your voice will be heard clearer in a noisy environment.

ANC: Active Noise Canceling which works for hearing, you will hear clearer in a noisy place.

If earbuds could be made into features with ANC, it’s easy to plus with ENC.

However, an ENC earbud may be more difficult to add ANC.For the limitation of battery and other technics.

In conclusion, though ENC and ANC have noise-canceling features,  they are used on different occasions. You may choose accords to your needs. Of course, if you have more budget, we suggest buying both ANC and ENC to get better and clearer sound quality.
